The Berry Front Half Stationary Cone Debone Line is designed for each station to do the entire cutting process all at one cone. The top belt carries the front halves to the debone stations. Personnel at each station can mount the front half onto a uhmw cone, remove the skin, right & left wings, placing each into a designated chute. The filet is placed on the center belt and the remaining carcass has a chute of it's own to be placed in. The chutes allow the parts to drop onto the lower conveyor divided into four lanes to keep the parts separated and transports them to the end of the conveyor.
